End-to-end web overhaul for Peaxy, an industrial analytics software company

Problem
While working at Peaxy, I led the design and web teams to drive more battery customer growth and expand our reach into other markets. A few product pivots required us to be nimble and speak to many customer segments at once.
Outcome
Increased leads (57%), time-on-site (28%), user visits (30%), and content clarity (25%) over the course of about two years. Led continuous research, design iteration, and implementation alongside developers.

To align product and web experiences, insights from ongoing product development informed messaging and user research, and vice versa, creating tight feedback loops and supporting a unified brand and user experience.

Speaking to Diverse Audiences
Peaxy's products span multiple industries with shared core features but distinct use cases. To solve this we focused on developing messaging that communicated the platform’s universal value while also addressing the unique priorities of each industry persona.
Enabling Self-Service
To reduce friction in the buyer journey, we prioritized self-service. I helped design pathways that allowed users to explore features, access trials, and build confidence before purchase.
